  Body Smart has truly changed my life. I have been a member for over two years and have gained strength, lost body fat, and most importantly discovered a passion. They offer personal training, as well as, group classes including Real Ryder (you will never be able to sit on a regular spin bike again), TRX, and Metabolic Conditioning. Each class is unique and challenging and really keeps you engaged.
  
  The trainers and coaches truly care about the members and show real dedication. Even outside of the gym they engage members with opportunities to participate in local and charity fitness events as part of the Body Smart team. When I ran my first marathon, the coaches were not only encouraging and helpful with training tips, but even traveled to NYC to cheer me on. You don't get that at your average gym!
  
  Body Smart is a unique place on the North Fork. The members are supportive of each other and it is always an enjoyable place to be. I encourage anyone interested in fitness to give Body Smart a visit!
